                                                                   Kids Day Camp

This summer give the whole family a treat!  Sign your kids up for Devil’s Head Kid’s Day Camp and let them experience the fun of summer.  Our Kids Camp focuses on spending tons of time outdoors and exploring the nature around us.

Reservations are required by calling 1-800-472-6670, hotel reservations.  Please ask for Cassandra or Holly for specific questions on the camp activities.  Available 9:00am to 4:00pm ~ July 1 – July 27, 2008 (Wednesday through Saturday)

Discovery Camp (Ages 2-5 Years)
This camp will focus on activities geared for younger campers such as face painting, arts & crafts, science projects, nature hikes, kite flying, outdoor giant slide and an obstacle course. 
Parent-approved healthy lunch and snack included each day.
Cost:  $40.00/Day or $129.00/Four Days

Explorer Camp (Ages 6-10 Years)
This camp features swimming, golf lessons, rock climbing, fishing, navigation scavenger hunts, arts & crafts, hiking and mountain biking.
Parent-approved healthy lunch and snack included each day.
Cost:  $55.00/Per Day or $174.00/Four Days

Expedition Camp (Ages 11-15 years)
Get ready campers!  This is a high active mountain adventure that includes, canoeing, rock climbing, canyon exploration, hiking (learn the best kept secret spots in the Baraboo Bluffs), fishing at Lake Louise, mountain biking, swimming, basketball, volleyball and golf lessons.
Parent-approved healthy lunch and snack included each day.
• Rock Climbing, this will include all gear (including rock climbing shoes)
• Hikers, your guide will take you to Ferry Bluff, Parfrey's Glen and Pee Wee’s Nest (hiking shoes highly recommended).
• Day at the Beach; includes volleyball, canoeing, swimming, frisbee, and snorkeling (feed the fish at Devil’s Lake).
• Golfing, our Golf Pro evaluates your child's golf swing and provides instructional techniques to improve their putting, chipping and full swing.
Cost:  $55.00/Per Day or $174.00/Four Days

General Information:

Campers Packing List (What to bring?):
Backpack, hiking shoes, swimming suit, Coast Guard approved life jacket, if not a level 3 swimmer or above. Only Explorer and Expedition Campers will swim.  It is important that you inform us of the swimming level of your child.

Fishing:
We have several ponds at Devil's Head that are generously stocked with massive Large Mouth Bass.   We believe in the "catch, name and release fishing program."  We provide all of the necessary fishing gear and bait for your children.

Parents pick up their child between 3:45pm and 4:00 pm at the same location that they dropped them off.

This is a safe & fun, nature-focused educational camp.

Children in the Explorer and Expedition Camps are transported  by the Devil's Head Resort Shuttle Bus.

Parents are welcome to join their kids on the Explorer and Expedition camps; the camp fee applies to each parent.

We will provide a delicious & healthy box lunch which features a deli sandwich, chips, fresh fruit, cookie and beverage.  The snack will include a fresh fruit drink or bottle water and a granola bar or trail mix. 

It is very important that you sign your child-up prior to arrival, space is limited (minimum of 4 kids per camp).
